I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor and Registered Play Therapist, dedicated to helping children, parents, and adults heal and grow. My passion is guiding clients as they explore their stories, connect with their emotions, and rediscover their inner strengths. I offer a range of services, including: Play Therapy – Helping children express themselves and process emotions through the language of play. Individual Therapy – Supporting adults in healing their “inner child,” overcoming trauma, and finding deeper self-compassion. Parenting Support – Coaching and counseling for parents seeking tools to nurture connection and confidence in their families. Professional Supervision & Consultations – Providing guidance and mentorship to PLPCs and other mental health professionals. With a person-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic approach, I meet each client where they are and tailor support to their unique needs. Whether we meet in person or virtually, my goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where healing feels possible — and even hopeful. I am an in-network provider for UnitedHealthcare and BCBS PPO. I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies at this time. You may contact your insurance provider regarding out-of-network benefits. Should you wish to go through out-of-network insurance, I can provide you a detailed bill (often called a superbill) that contains all the information an insurance company will require. It is the client’s responsibility to handle all out-of-network insurance related tasks and I can not guarantee that your insurance company will provide reimbursement.
